Strickmaschine STOLL

Our knitting department provides a broad spectrum of advanced knitting techniques and structures. In addition to traditional methods such as jacquard, intarsia, and weft inlay, we also focus on innovative approaches like 3D knitting, spacer knitting, full fashion, plating, and FlexPly. These techniques open up new possibilities for a variety of technical applications. A key strength of TITV Greiz lies in the processing of conductive yarns, which are essential for creating smart, functional textiles. Potential applications include knitted textile electrodes and sensors, offering cutting-edge solutions in smart textiles.

With its flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to specific project needs, our technical center for knitting serves as a valuable partner for both industry and research. Advanced technology, continuous innovation, and practical expertise combined allow us to deliver tailored textile solutions.

We utilize the STOLL ADF 530-32 ki W multi-gauge flat knitting machine (with gauge E14), upgraded with FlexPly, to produce intricate and high-precision structures. This state-of-the-art machine is used for both research and industrial projects. Knitting designs are crafted with Stoll's CreatePlus software, providing precise control and enabling the creation of complex, innovative patterns.
